m68 Interactive is seeking a software developer to define, design and support our growing online applications. As a developer you will work closely with other developers and designers to drive the evolution and expansion of m68 Interactive's clients into new technology areas and market segments.

Technical Skills Needed:

• Experience with PHP
• 2+ years experience in web application development
• 2+ years experience in object-oriented analysis and design
• Familiarity with Model-View-Controller methodology
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax and JavaScript
• Experience with database design and implementation

Other Requirements:

• Relevant commercial experience
• Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Good team player who is self motivated and well organized
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Desired but not required:

• Experience with Git, CakePHP, Ruby, JQuery, Drupal, Memcache, Sphinx, and SEO

Product Manager

m68 Interactive is looking for a Product Manager to lead a team of designers and developers in developing innovative solutions for interactive web and mobile environments.

Description

Responsible for product development with the necessary skills to drive the development of new and existing products and features that serve our Clients. This is a crucial role within m68 that will require you to use innovative thinking to create products and services that appeal to our Clients as well as spark new mobile and interactive web development sales. It is critical for you to streamline the entire process of getting products out all while thriving in an Agile environment.

Skills and Experience

• 5 - 8 years experience in developing digital products, preferably in the interactive web and mobile space.
• Strong technical background, and able to have meaningful discussions with Engineering and Advanced Technologies about solutions and design.
• Previous experience in devising products from inception to completion for both internal and external delivery and consumption.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, XML and web technologies is desirable.
• Strong project management skills. Knowledge of Agile process and methodology preferred.
• Previous experience with designing internal and external web applications/toolsets is a plus.
• Experience in developing product business requirements, and roadmaps.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
• A Bachelor's degree is required. PMP, PMP-ACP, or Scrum Master preferred

Technical Skills Needed:

• Experience with Titanium Studio, Alloy, Javascript
• 2+ years experience in mobile application development
• Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Experience in, at least, one modern object-oriented language such as Objective C, C++, or Java

Other Requirements:

• Experience building complex Mobile Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Good team player who is self motivated and well organized
